Long watch time. Repeat consumption. No personality dependency. History “for sleep” works not because it’s exciting but because it solves a problem at scale People want to learn and relax. The algorithm rewards that behavior. Here’s the rule most creators ignore: If your niche can’t be systemized, outsourced, and monetized beyond views it’s not a business, it’s content creation.
