A Thank You + A Gift
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each of you for being part of this community. Your presence, curiosity, and willingness to explore these practices together has meant a great deal to me.
As I prepare to close this group, I want to offer a gift in gratitude. I’ll be opening free access to my premium courses here for the rest of the year before I close this course, so you’re welcome to explore the material at your own pace and take with you whatever is supportive.
I’m also beginning a new chapter. I’ll be opening a new Skool group called Breathe, Feel, Heal, focused on total body health, nervous system regulation, and Taoist alchemical practices. It will be a slower, more integrated container rooted in long-term wellbeing and embodied cultivation.
I’ll be sharing the link to the new group here soon for anyone who feels called to continue the journey.
