Fork and Clone the GitHub Repository Fork the Repo: - Visit the GitHub page for the project you want to build. - Click the Fork button (top right) to create your own copy. Clone in Cursor: - In your forked repo, click the green Code button and copy the HTTPS or SSH URL. - Open Cursor. - Use the “Clone Repository” option (usually under File > Clone Repository or via the welcome screen). - Paste the repo URL and choose a local folder to save the project. - Click Clone. The code will be downloaded to your machine and opened in Cursor. 3. Create a Supabase Account and Project - Go to supabase.com and sign up or log in. - Click New Project. - Enter a project name, password, and select a database region. - Wait for the project to initialize (this may take a minute). - In your project dashboard, go to Settings > API. - Copy your Project URL and anon key (these are your environment variables). 4.
