🧠 Did you know?
Starting new habits is easier when you attach them to things you already do every day. Our brain likes familiarity, so adding a small habit onto an existing routine works better than trying to start from scratch. For example, instead of saying: “I’m going to start journaling every day” It’s easier to say: “After I make my coffee, I’ll write one sentence.” Small changes > big promises ✨
