Sounds obvious right? Baby= valuable. Bathwater is waste.
But in business the baby is hidden inside the bathwater.
Just cuz it didn’t “work” doesn’t mean it didn’t work.
Check under the hood.
❓Ask yourself … What can I LEARN from what was not yet successful.
Maybe it “worked” but now revealed a deeper problem. Something else needed to be fixed
I tried “X” for 1, 2 or 3 months.
And well.
It did not work.
Q: What else can I try to get better results💰 ?
🛑 That’s the wrong question
A: Let’s look at:
🤔 What I did
🤔 What was I expecting
🤔 what outcome happened
🤔 what can I learn from it
🤔 what can I revise, edit, rework
Before trying something NEW, LEARN AND IMPROVE from what we already tried.
👂 Truth is, it’s indicative of a process or business problem that needs to be fixed.
🥺If you don’t fix it, the NEW activity/initiative will also have a similar outcome.
