Sourdough Market Day White
Can’t be with all of you tomorrow so I am baking today. When my starter was ready, I mixed my dough. Followed every one of Henry’s directions and put in the banneton and then into the fridge at 8:00 last night. Had a dentist appointment this morning so I took it out at 11:00 this morning and put it in my freezer while the oven was heating. Too it out of the freezer and scored the loaf. Now it’s almost ready for the cover to come off and finish the bake…. Here are the pics so far…
