Pizza Week
Hi Team! I’m likely out this round, though I love making pizza! Here’s why: The school year is in the home stretch and I have many work deadlines that go with wrapping it up. I’m also on a (self-created) deadline to finish baking 500 g sourdough mini sandwich loaves for the 13 remaining staff members who haven’t yet received one. Last day for staff is 6/10, so I actually could split the bake over this and next weekend. If I get the 13 out this week, I could bake for our amazing bus drivers next weekend. AND I made a dinner reservation for hubs and me at a new local steakhouse for tomorrow night, which overrides pizza vibes.
Over extended anybody?
I wish all great success and look forward to the recap! If I pull a rabbit out of the hat and bake, I’ll definitely post! Bake on!
