I have a question for Henry and the group. What is your pro tip for storing bread to make it last as long as possible? I keep getting ads in my social media feeds for beeswax bags but I’ve also seen recommendations for linen bags, paper bags, and traditional bread boxes with air vents. I’m a weaver, so I’m thinking about weaving some linen fabric to make bread bags and I could look into the possibility of infusing the fabric with beeswax, but I’d love to have some real information about bread storage (not just social media ads) before I embark on that project.
