Received email saying plan cancelled
Hi there,
I just received an email saying my CRM connector plan has been cancelled. I’m pretty concerned about this as I didn’t cancel it / haven’t received any notifications about failed payments etc.
I’m worried this may have impacted my subaccounts and clients. Any help at all would be appreciated.
Edit - I realise the issue, I changed bank accounts a few months ago and CRM connector was connected to the previous. I’ve now paid the overdue invoice and updated bank details.
Can someone confirm that the current subaccounts will stay connected.
(Plus, I didn’t receive any overdue notifications so had no way to know this was a problem!)
