Discovered this week, that Elevenlabs has restrictions on using their free tier for business use. See below. Continued success. (c) Use Restrictions. Your access to and use of the Services and your use of any Output (defined below) must comply with these Terms. Without limiting the forgoing: (i) if you access or use our Services free of charge (such a user, a “Free User”), you may only use the Services for non-commercial purposes; (ii) if you access or use our Services through a paid subscription plan (such a user, a “Paid User”), you may use the Services for commercial purposes, but in either case, your access and use of the Services and any Output must still comply with the Prohibited Use Policy. Use of the Services by Government Entities (as defined in the Prohibited Use Policy) is subject to the terms of the Prohibited Use Policy. If using the Services for non-commercial purposes, a personal e-mail address must be used. To the extent you register for the Services using a business entity’s email address, you acknowledge that we may deem such entity a Controller (as defined in the Data Processing Addendum) as it relates to the Personal Data contained in your account, and we may take action on your account at the direction of the Controller.
