If outdated addresses remain on your file, they can strengthen the bureau’s ability to verify collections. Cleaning personal information first weakens inaccurate reporting. We do this strategically — not emotionally. Many collections are tied to outdated addresses. Cleaning personal info can strengthen disputes.
