I need advice and to vent
I've been fighting with Amex for over 2 years now to remove a "charge off" that is not mine. I've sent letters, documented proof and I've filed complaints with the CFPB and BBB. They wouldn't even respond to the BBB let only me at all. I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do next. 😔
