This was hard for me because each day something different pops up. I never know what my investment properties are going to need me for, or my family is going to need me for. But I loved doing it! I made my time blocking "tasks" instead of "events" so I can check them off as completed when I finish them and each day, I can review any that I didn't complete and go back to them as needed. Also, I can go into the "task" and add notes to specify exactly what I need to do during that time such as, during "make calls" time, I can list who I need to call. During "work on CRM" time I can list what I need to work on. This is important for me right now because I'm still setting up and learning how to use my CRM. As I progress through this journey, I can change it up as needed. So, thanks John for telling us to do this! I've always been a very organized person for the most part, but I have been feeling very unorganized lately because I'm doing and learning so many new things! It was very helpful & it will make me be more organized for sure!

Hello all! 👋 My Name is Andrew, and I am a 58-year-old guy that is looking for a new way of life. I have done some REI in my early 20s and also dabbled in Loan origination for a short period. due to life changes I had to give that all up and get a 9-5 to adjust to being a single parent and needed the stability of that at the time. So about 8 years in Customer Service/Sales. and the last 15 in Manufacturing as a laborer. Now that I am older children all grown and now a grandfather of 13. I am ready to find something new. I have been exploring the affiliate market industry for about 5 years, and nothing really seemed to click for me. alas i found this. Which seems to check all the boxes for me as far as an affiliate program goes and the desire to get back into real estate for my retirement. Thanks!

Need PML on a commercial property
Borrower Needs $300k, 12-24 months, you name your return %. 1st position loan on a commercial property in Columbus, OH that the borrower owns free and clear and runs his business out of. He has been in business for 10+ years. The estimated value of this property is $575k based on realtor opinion and recently sold comps. Borrower needs the money for the down payment on another commercial property in Columbus, OH to scale up his business in a larger, more centrally located space. Exit to pay back PML is to refinance into a 30 yr fixed commercial loan once the new location is stabilized. I’m a connector in this deal.
