Pivot or slight re brand
Hey everyone — quick question for those of you who’ve done a pivot or rebrand.
I started my YouTube channel about 5 weeks ago and realized I had too many niches going at once. After talking with a mentor and looking at the data, I decided to narrow my focus and pivot more toward Veterans content, since it’s less saturated and fits my voice better.
I’m keeping my old videos, just doing a light rebrand and moving forward with a clearer direction.
For anyone who’s done something similar:
- Did you pivot early or later?
- How did it affect your growth?
- Anything you’d do differently?
