Newbie says Hi!!

Just a few words!! I have many, many years in restaurant management and thought that there may be many young folks that could benefit and further their young careers with my knowledge, and help them climb the proverbial ladder. I was a training store for three different national chains in my previous life. I trained folks on how to be a successful manager and helped them get promoted in their careers. I have won many awards for my abilities and knowledge and was quite successful in my career. I'm thinking that You Tube is the perfect instrument to share my knowledge with anyone that is looking to improve themselves and help them make a positive impact on their professional career.
