First video in 11 days!

My minor back surgery really slowed down my video production. Today I posted my second podcast. What a hoot. I featured the book The Dip in the video, but I kept calling it The Leap. Both are great books and I recently read The Leap, but I read The Dip a while ago. So why do I bring this up? Well because I did not redo the video. Matter of fact, I’ve never redone a video. We can get so hung up on perfectionism that we will never get our videos up on our channel. In a way I think that imperfection makes us human.

I have been thinking through this video for several weeks now. The three things that are more important than your niche.
