- 4+ years experience in game programming
- Strong proficiency in C# and Unity
- Experience working on shipped or in-production Unity projects
- Strong understanding of software architecture and maintainable system design
- Ability to work within large or legacy codebases
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce)
- Ability to build and extend gameplay systems and technical features
- Strong communication skills in cross-disciplinary teams
- Bonus: Experience with console development (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch)
- Bonus: Experience optimizing performance in real-time systems
