Your Oxygen Mask Reset Group session.
Yesterday we held our first Oxygen Mask Reset Group session…
and I just want to pause and acknowledge something simple but powerful.
Women showed up.
Even while caring for others… even while feeling tired… even with lives filled with responsibilities…they showed up for themselves.
And in that space, there was breath…there was release…there were quiet transformations and return to self.
This is why The Creative Reset Circle exists.
Not for perfection.Not for performance.But for real moments of pause… in the middle of real life.
