Hi Everyone. Check this out and see if you would be able to take up this challenge. No special art materials needed, I would love to see and hear a bit from you.

@Lucija Talijancic Yes, you got it. I think it really is about trusting yourself at the highest level. As a mentor I have says, " You bare who you have been looking for". So trust is a biggie, that this intuitive approach to creativity reinforces. Do you agree?

your inner child wants to play
As a little girl I loved scribbling. I would pretend to write in "join ups"/ cursive, and just have fun flashing my pencil across a page.. It was all just scribbling. But it sure was fun! Did you ever do this? If you did , allow this little video clip to inspire you to recapture the fun. If you didn't... well it's not too late try it now. All you need are, a page in your visual journal , some crayons or pens and pencils..One or all. You choose. This little easy energizing activity can be just the 10 minute pause you may need to 'refill your cup' to set you on the right track to get back so you can serve others from the 'overflow'. Have fun! Let me know how you felt as you attempted the activity

@Lucija Talijancic Thank you Lucija. I started a scribble activity last night . I only intended a few minutes. I raised my head up two hours later. LOL!

Hello Beautiful Souls, Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about creativity as an oxygen mask. Not creativity for performance. Not creativity to make something perfect. Not creativity that requires talent or art experience. But gentle creativity.Simple creativity. The kind that helps a tired nervous system breathe again. Sometimes my own “creative medicine” looks like:• drawing circles and mandalas• scribbling color across a page• tearing paper for a collage• making marks while listening to music and all in one place, my visual journal. Without the 'rules'• painting emotions instead of pictures• sitting quietly with color and shape; sometimes with crayons another with markers, paint, pen or pencil... No pressure. No perfection. No need to be “good at art.” Just a soft place to land. I’m beginning to weave more of these practices into my upcoming YouTube sessions and my "Oxygen Mask Reset" course for over extended caregivers and overwhelmed professional women who have spent too long pouring from an empty cup. Because sometimes healing doesn’t begin with fixing. Sometimes it begins with pausing and allowing the perfect expression of self to emerge… making one gentle mark on a page at a time.. What do you think? Share here in the general discussion.

You are absolutely right in your observation Lucija... Creativity is indeed a " more feminine and playful way of living." Will put. Thank you. Have you gotten a chance to try any of the tips or prompts as yet? The last week for me , was testing me.. I feel. I found applying my own prescription for creative medicine was so soothing. Better yet.. it brought in renewed strength. Have a beautiful rest of week.🌻
