Declutter
Tonight I sorted through clothes and coats. Sometimes it’s hard letting go. Haven’t worn in over a year? Two years? Time to let it go, it feels so good to release…and make room for new! These went to people in early recovery. Try it!

Declutter
Brrrr, Its getting cold out there
This week i challenge you to declutter a closet and donate coats, warm clothing, or even socks to those in need. The will do 2 things: 1. Create more flow and less blocked energy in your space. 2. Open your heart a little bit by passing along things that could help someone else. And if you are really brave, consider gifting something from your loved one.

🔆 Turning Pain into Purpose🔆
This week on the Catch Some SoulShine podcast, I shared about one of the most powerful parts of my own healing journey — transforming pain into service. When my son died from an overdose, my world shattered. For the past 10 years, I’ve poured my heart into raising thousands of dollars for people in early recovery — helping them through that fragile, crucial stage of healing. 💛 Today, my focus has shifted toward helping others navigate grief itself — using creativity, writing, and connection to find light again. One of the tools I shared on the podcast is my Glow Writing technique — a way to release pain and uncover meaning through words. ✍️ Finding purpose from our pain doesn’t erase the hurt, but it transforms it into something that matters. Something that ripples hope into the world. 🌊 I invite you to take a moment this week and reflect: ✨ What’s calling you to serve? ✨ What message or cause feels meaningful to you right now? ✨ How might your story offer comfort or inspiration to someone else? Drop a comment if you’d like to explore ideas or need help finding your own path to purpose — I’d love to support you. 💫 🎧 Listen to this week’s episode for more on Glow Writing and transforming pain into purpose!

🔆 Turning Pain into Purpose🔆
1. Letting go…Giving Forward 🔆
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to gift a couple pairs of used running shoes to clients in early recovery! Sometimes…the simplest forms of giving can produce the biggest catalysts for growth! This weeks challenge…go through your closet or home. Find items that no loner serve you. 🌸 A piece of clothing that you don’t wear…doesn’t fit…or you’ve been hanging on to fo wayyy too long. 🌸 Shoes that are not comfortable or you don’t wear regularly (or maybe you have 3 sets of) 🌸 Decor that has served a purpose but now is adding clutter to your space Sometimes the things we hold onto are more than just “stuff.” They carry memories, emotions, even a sense of safety. But when we choose to release them with love, something powerful happens. Cleaning out a space isn’t just about decluttering—it’s about creating room for new energy. And when we take those items and gift them to someone less fortunate, they become more than objects. They become a symbol of intentional release, of generosity, and of hope. Every time we give with an open heart, we not only lighten our own load but also brighten someone else’s path. 🌿 Experienced the joy of releasing with intention! Journal about this experience and the emotions you experience. This is a powerful exercise! I still have a trunk full of Brads shirts…but maybe, I’ll gift one today! Share what you have released with others and how it made you feel… 🦋
