Welcome to The Mind Garden: A Free Online Meditation Space
I offer two online meditation classes each week completely free.
These meditations are rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition I study and practice in.
Meditation classes are conducted on Zoom.
The community itself is hosted on the Skool platform.
Once you join, you’ll find a calendar tab with Zoom links.
You’ll also receive email reminders 24 hours before class.
Most classes are recorded and posted to the “Classroom” so you can catch up on what you missed.
Breath Meditation — Wednesdays, 12-12:30pm ET
Inner Guide Meditation — Fridays, 1-1:30pm ET
Classes include a short talk, guided meditation practice, and optionally hang out after for Q&A and shares.
Schedule subject to change.
No meditation experience is required.
This offering is great for beginner and advanced meditators alike!
