I offer two online meditations per week freely as service.
These meditations are rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition I study and practice in (but this is NOT religious—anybody can practice and benefit from meditation!).
Meditations are conducted via Zoom.
The current schedule is
• Breath Meditation: Wed @ 12-12:30pm ET
• Inner Guide Meditation: Fri @ 1-1:30pm ET
Most calls are recorded & shared so you can catch up if you can't attend live.
Classes include a short talk, guided meditation + optional Q&A and connection after.
Inside, you'll also access exclusive recordings, like my 10 Day Solo Retreat Insights.
No meditation experience required. This is great for beginner and advanced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome!
