Monthly Live Workshops with Felicia
As I come out of rest and recharge mode after my Creative Coaching Workshop with the SF Public Library I am turning my energy to my next project. I am developing live monthly workshops here on skool. I have learned that these things take a handful of ingredients to become something valuable: 1. My personal happiness and curiosity in making them. 2. To simply attempt to make them with my ideas and inspiration without holding on too tightly to the original idea when the need for adjustment presents itself. 3. Observation of this platform and what works. 4. Listening to feedback from you as well as my personal energy. As I go forward I would love your input via the "Suggestion Box" link in the first lesson in the classroom: Everything you need to know about this membership. https://www.skool.com/creative-coaching-5506/classroom/3dd20e69?md=e98799a683f34ac2986a952772807ff8 Here's what I'm working with now ⬇️ June: Encaustic Glazing July: Alla Prima Portrait in Oil August: Plein Air Painting How monthly live workshops will work: - Find the scheduled monthly workshops on the Skool Calendar. - Meet Felicia on Zoom via the Skool Calendar link. - Attend the workshop and watch Felicia's recorded demonstration while she is present to answer any questions that come up. - At your own pace try the process at home or in your studio. The supply list will be available prior to the workshop in the lesson: Monthly Live Workshops 2026 - Post your practice of the process to the Community Page under the subject "Monthly Live Workshops" or bring it to Critique Club to get help and feedback from Felicia. If you post it to the community page Felicia will critique it during Critique Club. After a Live Workshop airs the recording will be added to the classroom for future access to all members. I will add the framework to the classroom ahead of time to let you find the supply list.

Workshopping your Artist Statement
I spent the morning rewriting my artist statement for a grant application and it was a great experience. I'm adding "Workshopping Your Artist Statement" to the roster of live monthly workshops. I'm listing the schedule in the classroom and on the calendar. I've got to run to the studio but here's what I have on mine so far... I love a word limit. I probably NEEEEED one 😂! https://www.feliciaforte.com/statement

Added something in the classroom!
As I was falling asleep last night I got the idea to add my magazine articles here for you. There are 3 tutorials and a feature on my work printed in Artists' & Illustrators Magazine UK.

Survey!
I'm going to be adding live classes with demo and Q&A each month. Subjects like encaustic, alla prima portrait, landscape perhaps.. I'm going to have fun with it. Question for you: What day and time works best for you (your time zone)? If there are similarities I'll try to accommodate.
