I Little Gift for You 🎁
I made something simple for you. It’s a short video showing how to draw a few easy doodles / Zentangles you can use anytime you need a reset. No pressure. No perfection. No “being artistic.” Just a few minutes of moving your pen and letting your nervous system catch up. You can use it: • after a long day • while dinner is cooking • before bed • or anytime your brain won’t slow down This is completely free — just a small gift from me to you. Tiny Regulation Tip
Today it hit 60° in February… so I didn’t clean, plan, or catch up. I took my journal outside. I sat in the sun for 3 minutes. That’s it. Didn’t even open my journal. Just closed my eyes and sat. Your brain and body don’t always calm down from effort. Sometimes they calm down from input. Sunlight Warmth Fresh air Quiet When you feel fried after work, try this before you try to be productive: Step outside. Face the light. Don’t think about anything. Just let your eyes soften and your shoulders drop. You’re not “wasting time.” You’re resetting the part of your brain that makes everything else feel hard. Your nervous system can’t relax in the same environment it got overwhelmed in. Sometimes peace isn’t a practice — it’s a location.

Pause with me for a minute...
Hold up one hand. Slowly trace around each finger with your other finger(or just follow it with your eyes if you’re not alone). Up the finger — easy inhaleDown the finger — easy exhale No perfect breathing. Just let your body follow the motion. This is a tiny moment from the 5-Day Reset I’m building —not to fix you, just to help your system settle when your mind won’t. After you try it, tell me: did anything shift, even a little?
