Earlier this year I found a technique that has given me such relief, it's on my YouTube channel @sdstudios7 and I have posted it in the classroom under Art & Stuff--Neurographic Art. Let me know if you have ever tried this technique.. I love the process and release!

This piece of art was created from scratch..Meaning I used raw canvas and repurposed an old canvas frame. It was layers of acrylic inks and water...free flowing creativity....it actually felt really good to do this piece, I loved everything about it...the finale was the charcoal sketch of the woman. This art process was very fulfilling--each layer more freeing... In the end the Lord said, "Be Still". 16x20in framed canvas.
