Good Morning everyone, I have been slacking lately due to my mom's funeral and closing of her estate etc...I have not been able to keep up and I just wanted to apologize. Week 1: Sculpt or draw an image of a mountain and depict yourself overcoming it. Philippians 4:13 —“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” I recently finished this-- a 20x24in Mixed Media Oil Painting, titled, "Anxious for Nothing" The next level of therapy... "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 I don't know if anyone else struggles with anxiety and anxiousness..but this piece came at the right time for me to finish and be inspired by God once again...as He continues to remind be Be Anxious for Nothing!

Paint a piece that brings peace. This painting was inspired by the sunset the day I lost my mother. 4⃣ John 15:9 —“As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you.”

A bouquet of flowers makes me think about self-love: surrounding myself with everything I like and that makes me feel good :)
