What meaning do your dreams hold for you? I'd say that over the past few years, I've noticed they're often messengers for me. Well, I'd say it's often quite a challenge to interpret them correctly 😉😅 but it's getting better. 😉 For example, at the end of 2019, I saw the Statue of Liberty fall, and we all know what happened in 2020. 😉 Then, when my grandmother was alive and I dreamed about her, I knew that in the following days we would visit her or hear from her. 😉 Some recurring dreams led me to discover the death of one of my cousins ​​last December. And more recently, it was recurring dreams of a friend of my mother's that caught my attention. Following what happened to my cousin, I did some research and discovered that my mother's friend had passed away two years ago. 😕 Maybe I dreamt about her back then but couldn't understand it. 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, I'm getting used to this way of communicating and noting which dreams are different or which ones are recurring. In fact, once I understand the meaning of the recurring dreams, they stop happening. 😉

My knowledge is rooted in 7 years of Biology, Psychology, and Pre-med at the university level, 5 years deep-diving into Energy Healing modalities, spirituality, paganism, astrology, manifestation, moon phases, monthly cycles, and quantum jumping, among other topics - all with a lifetime subscription to being a psychic and seeing beyond the veil. (lol) Quite simple, really, and Einstein said it best: "Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that some spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe, one that is vastly superior to that of man," - Albert Einstein After so many years of study and diving into ALLLLLlll of the things I could possibly get my hands on, I realized that the brain, specifically your subconscious and nervous system, speaks in energy and ritual over anything we could throw at it consciously! It understands that we are emotional beings, and symbolism speaks volumes over statements. I realized that when we combine spoken affirmations with firm decisions about self, with ritual symbolism in the physical, with meditative practices, we can change from burnt out and exhausted in life, to living to our full potential in literal weeks. It's not about pushing harder, manifesting more when it didn't come through as expected, trying over and over and over. It's about alignment, with your true inner desires (yes, the ones you've suppressed so long you might not even know where to start looking for them, those ones ;) ), speaking solidly and believing in yourself, while speaking the language of your subconscious and nervous system in ritual and practice, to show yourself it's SAFE to step into who you truly desire to be! I'm not going to stand up here and tell you all you have to do is decide, and all will be handed to you - there is a bit of work and rewiring that is required on your end. But truly, it starts with a decision, a curiosity, and the beginning of your path. It takes that first step and choice to continue.

So we’ve established that your nervous system is an extension of your subconscious mind. That you may be feeling stuck because your nervous system is also stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. That’s your new abundance ceiling is being limited by your nervous system’s ability to open and accept a new reality of your choosing. Your nervous system is attempting to keep you safe by keeping you at a level you KNOW you can handle. This is especially true if you’re noticing that you feel exhausted when you’re attempting to move forward on plans for a business, if everything pops up to distract you from set schedules or working on actually moving yourself forward. You might notice that you become sick each time you even try to work on something that could catapult you into your dreams and goals. Your nervous system is over loaded by the idea of what success means subconsciously for you. So how do you overcome this obstacle? Forcing yourself is not the answer, pushing past these walls is what leads to burnout on all levels. You might have even tried that and found out the hard way. I know I have in the past done just that! So what do you do? You have to restructure your subconscious THROUGH your nervous system! This calls for nervous system restructuring, Mirror work, EFT tapping, Subconscious Rewiring to safety and excitement. Retraining your mind and body on what success TRULY means for you. Not what you’ve decided it can mean based on past experiences and societal beliefs that may have been misdirected. You get to choose what is possible for you, YOU get to decide what success means for you! Not allowing society at large to tell you what it means. You do NOT have to exchange all of your time with family for success. You do NOT have to give up all of your time with your children, give every minute of your day, or have zero boundaries to be successful financially and in life in general!
