When you're working to Quantum Jump you have to be aware of and focus on your feelings of internal safety. Your nervous system is what allows you to feel safe in new experiences. If you don't feel safe or at the very least have a healthy and safe coping mechanism in place during your expansion your body will revert back to that one thing you do to feel safe. That old coping mechanism that you find yourself mindlessly leaning on during times of stress. For some it may be binge eating, or constricting your food intake. It might be picking your skin or picking/biting your nails (guilty of this one). It's a coping mechanism that helps your nervous system feel safe in a new situation, experience, and environment. If you've been trying to quantum jump or leap into a new self and you're not focusing on joy, happiness, and above all SAFETY you'll experience a huge nervous system backlash. Where you'll fall back into your old self, patterns, and ways because it's what your nervous system sees as being safe. In order to expand you have to learn to lean on positive coping mechanisms and when and how to use them, rest, and then continue expanding! What coping mechanism have you used throughout your life? I think I've been in a state of hypervigilance since I was a child. It's something I'm realizing more and more as I navigate an environment where a crisis can erupt at any moment, and I'm always walking on eggshells. But I hadn't realized that picking my skin was a way to calm myself down! πŸ˜… Being increasingly aware of the state of my nervous system, I'm trying to find that one thing that will truly have a calming effect (besides picking 🀣🀣🀣). There's meditation, but I find it has a limited effect. πŸ™„ More recently, I discovered another trick that makes me feel good, but it's difficult to do every time I need it. πŸ˜‰ It involves placing my hands in the center of my chest and taking three deep breaths in and out. I'm open to other techniques and suggestions. πŸ™‚

I really loved this text, and it reminded me of something I experienced recently. πŸ˜‰ For the past few years, I've been a member of a discussion group that met regularly. Unfortunately, my current situation doesn't allow me to meet up with them, but I've always been active in the group. Anyway, last week, one of the members suggested a group purchase to reduce costs. I thought it was a great idea and asked her how she planned to do it. She replied that she would place the order and distribute it when she saw the others, but as for me... well, I never meet them... In short, I felt really left out, considering she could have easily sent everything to me by mail. I didn't say anything, but a few hours later, I thanked the group members, saying I'd be happy to continue interacting with them on social media, and I left the group. The person involved contacted me privately very quickly to try and explain. πŸ˜‰ Again, I waited until the next day to reply. πŸ˜‰ I was probably too nice, telling her it had nothing to do with her, which isn't true. πŸ˜‰ This situation really upset me. Then, I made an unexpected connection. πŸ˜‰ It took me back to the beginning of my adolescence. At that time, I was part of a group for a few months before they didn't want me anymore. The situation led to me being rejected for the next five years of my schooling, and it was extremely difficult for me, leaving me sad and causing me to isolate myself even more. But this time, I feel more capable of facing it. I know my worth, I know my light can be unsettling πŸ˜‰, and I'm simply going to continue on my way without dwelling any further on this hang-up, especially since I'm staying in touch with everyone else. πŸ˜‰ I admit I don't know how this will impact my future, though! πŸ˜‰πŸ˜…

I don't know about you, but I've always been very lucky to find all sorts of things on the ground. πŸ˜‰πŸ₯° There's always change, of course πŸ˜‰, but all sorts of other things too, whether it's bracelets, a working watch a few years ago, or even a packet of flower seeds in a parking lot a week ago! 🀩❀️πŸ₯° Then, a few days ago, I found a beautiful little gold cross pendant in a parking! 🀩❀️πŸ₯° I was so thrilled with this find and put it in my pants pocket before going about my day. Back home, enjoying a quiet moment before making dinner, I wanted to take a closer look at the little cross, but it was no longer in my pocket! 😱😳πŸ˜₯ I really looked everywhere: in the car, on the sidewalk in front of my house... but in vain! πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ I was feeling really sad when a thought crossed my mind! What if I wasn't meant to have this little pendant? What if it was meant for someone else and I was just the messenger??? πŸ€”πŸ™„ I could easily picture the journey this cross had taken through my city, on its way to the person who really needed it. πŸ₯° It comforted me and I found it magical too! πŸ₯°

Our body is an amazing piece of technology - our nervous system is an extension of our subconscious mind, our fascia system, and our emotional and physical stability and mental state. We can work with our body through our nervous system and our physical self to work with our subconscious mind. This allows us the ability to change our subconscious loops and patterns through our nervous system and physical experience. By grounding your desired identity into your physical body through activating your nervous system and subconscious mind in a safe and grounded way, you stabilize a quantum jump into, not only your mind, but your neural patterning and core identity. Safely embodying a new version of who we want to become while working WITH our nervous system on deeper subconscious levels and easing our way into growth at a sustainable scale. Teaching yourselves that you’re safe to embody and become the person you’ve been trying for but have felt blocked to. Meaning that when we work with our physical body to embrace a new version of self through sustainable nervous system growth, we allow for ease instead of burnout. We curate a path for successful growth, instead of two steps forward and three steps back. We allow ourselves to sprout new parts of who we are with support and grace instead of burnout at trying to hold things together when we’re also trying to reconfigure who we are.
