Fear of being seen, recognized for your abilities, desires, passions, can feel like a very large extreme! Reason's we feel this fear: Being Ostrisized Fear of being Judged, Shunned Fear of being left by family and friends A deep-seated fear of being hurt or worse by exposing yourself to the public in some way.0 These fears feel incredibly real in this life - many of these fears are caused by past-life traumas. Brutal endings for helping others, using our gifts to lift our communities, heal our loved ones and our neighbors, for helping other women as well. We have so many deep-seated fears due to lifetime after lifetime of being turned in by those we trusted and cared about, only to experience intense traumas. You may feel it's incredibly difficult to speak up in your life currently, or it's something that has plagued you since childhood or early adulthood. You may have had many traumatic experiences throughout your life in this lifetime from those who sought to silence you for fear of what you'd bring to the family, friendship, or relationship. For the truth you exposed innocently and with curiosity, not condemnation. But condemnation may be what you faced due to the questions you asked or the understandings you held. It isn't about holding this fear and living in comfort in this lifetime - it's about realizing that in this life, we are safer when we are bigger. That we are taken care of when we shine our light and share our gifts. Maybe not by those closest to us, but by society and by the universal forces that be! We are owed that in this lifetime... When meditating it’s important to clear, center, and most importantly protect your energy! Make it a ritual or small ceremony. Say an intention for your meditation, light a candle, clear your space energetically, set up some crystals if you’d like or hold some, then 1. Shield - call in your Guardians and Protectors for your highest alignment and best timeline. 2. Center - center your energy. Focus inward to your center. On your breath, your heart, solar plexus, root, or 3rd eye. You can choose one or choose through each until it feels right then focus on that one. See a beam of golden yellow light, streaming into the top of your head from source, all the way down through your spine, your legs, and all through your feet into mother earth. 3. Ground - you’re gonna push the energy all the way down into the center of Mother Earth 4. Purge Dense Energy - allow source to fill you from the top down and push any dense energy out through your feet and into mother earth. Allow her to take and neutralize any dense energies in your field. Once that’s finished allow her energy to come up through your feet into your midsection and mingle with source energy. Super Full Moon in Taurus hit hard last night with energetic purging, a focus on grounding your energy and goals, and focusing on values as well. Solar Flares have been BLASTING and the Schumann has been no stranger either. Buckle up, Buttercup, it's going to be a bumpy ride over the next couple of weeks here. Set your energetic protections, cleanse your house and your energy regularly, breathe deeply, and slow your inner world to still your mind through the chaos. Uranus is retrograding back into Taurus on Nov. 7th, we're being asked to focus heavily on finances and self-worth. Giving us an opportunity to tie up loose ends around our ability to be comfortable with changes and surprises. It won't be retrograde again until Feb. 2026. We're in the shadow period of Mercury Retrograde, starting on the 9th through the 29th. So expect communication issues across tech and verbally, travel delays as well. Don't sign contracts if you can avoid it during this time unless you triple-check the fine print. Saturn is also in retrograde until the 27th of November - this puts us in a time of inner reflection, offering a chance to reflect on and restructure commitments, boundaries, and long-term goals. Re-evaluate how you relate to responsibility, success, and authority while also bringing setbacks, slowdowns, and helping you to exercise that all too important (and demanded) patience. Jupiter goes retrograde on November 11, 2025, and remains retrograde until March 11, 2026. This period will focus on introspection, particularly concerning home, family, and emotional security, as it occurs in the sign of Cancer. It's a time for reassessing beliefs, personal values, and emotional foundations, rather than a period of outright setbacks. You may have been sensing a theme with all of these planets in retrograde.... So take this time to fix your career and life foundations, reassess your relationship to your goals and self-worth surrounding finances, and significant relationships in your life in general. It's a time to really do the inner work so you can move forward in those areas in a more stable fashion, come the end of November.
