What a Day at the Care Show!
Today I had the privilege of attending the Care Show, and what an experience it was! The atmosphere was vibrant and buzzing, with care providers from across the sector showcasing their expertise to thousands of delegates.
My personal highlights included the CQC updates, which were incredibly timely and relevant; the Outstanding Society Learning Lounge, with brilliant best-practice presentations on managing incidents effectively; and some genuinely exciting sessions on AI integration into digital care management systems — Nourish, Birdie, Pass System, PSC, and more. The sector is moving fast, and it was inspiring to see innovation in action.
