The SOP (aka Community Rules)
We keep things simple, factual, and down to earth here. The follow the system, and the system works. - No Bro-Science -- if you make a claim about a supplement or a training method, be prepared to back it up. We operate on data, not feelings. - Check Your Ego -- everyone starts at Level 1. If someone posts a form check and they look like a newborn giraffe, offer constructive advice, not insults. - Do the Work -- don't ask for the "optimal" bicep curl variation if you haven't consistently gone to the gym in three weeks. Master the basics before you try to hack the system. - No Spam or Self-Promotion -- this is a workspace, not a billboard. Violation of these rules will result in a swift ban. We don't have time for bugs in the system.
