Lesson 9: Natural Testosterone Optimization
(Insulin ↓ | Sleep ↑ | DHEA ↑)
In this lesson, I show you the three levers that actually increase testosterone naturally.
Not hacks. Not supplements. Physiology.
1. Insulin Control
When insulin stays high (snacking, late-night carbs, constant eating),
your brain cuts off GnRH, the signal that starts testosterone production.
High insulin = low testosterone signal.
2. Sleep (12–3 AM testosterone surge)
Your biggest testosterone pulse happens while you sleep, not at the gym.
Between 12–3 AM, your brain fires GnRH → LH → testosterone.
Miss that window = miss the testosterone surge.
3. DHEA (raw material → testosterone)
Cholesterol → Pregnenolone → DHEA → Testosterone
If DHEA is low, you don’t have the raw materials to build hormones.
Low DHEA = no fuel for Testosterone.
Go Dodgers.
