Today Iโ€™m gonna share one really delicious ๐Ÿคค and bulking dessert ๐Ÿง, for everyone who have a hard time gaining weight ๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ’ช The โ€œBULKANATORโ€ The whole thing have: 1650 calories 127g Protein 200g Carbs 37g Fats Ingredients: 200g Yuvka 80g Whey Protein (chocolate) 700ml Milk 1,5% 4 eggs 20g Dark Chocolate (by choice) How to make: Place 200g Yuvka in a baking tray, after that blend the Milk, eggs, and the protein and pour on top. If you choose to use chocolate cut it into small chunks and place it on top, you can also use frozen berries. Bake for 20min on 180c or 350f or until golden brown. Eat with side of Yogurt for extra protein. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š

Yesterday I was feeling hungry and wanted a little more meat than usual, so I went and bought a full chicken with potatoes, as you can see I ate the whole think which comes around 800 calories with ~120g of protein, Gainz ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜‹
