Why I Started Controller Edge
I created this community to help aspiring and current air traffic controllers grow through mentorship, shared experience, and practical career guidance.
As a retired Navy Chief and current DoD Air Traffic Controller. Throughout my 20+ year career I’ve seen how much faster people grow when they have access to mentorship and a strong community.
Whether you’re exploring ATC, pursuing the FAA or DoD route, or sharpening your skills, my hope is this becomes a place where we help each other succeed.
My goal isn’t to make this just another online group, it’s to build a real professional community around growth, mentorship, and opportunity in air traffic control.
