Welcome! You're here to get off-market real estate deals handed to you by agents -- and get paid when they close. Here's exactly how to start:
STEP 1 - Introduce yourself in the community. Tell us your name, your city, and where you're at (total beginner is welcome -- most of us started there).
STEP 2 - Go to the Classroom tab and watch Module 1. It explains the whole method: why agents say yes to the 3%+ commission and how you get paid 25% of every assignment fee.
STEP 3 - Your only job this week: make your first agent call. Pull up 5 active listings in your area, call the listing agent, and ask the magic question: "Do you have any off-market properties a cash buyer should know about?" Then post how it went in the Call Help channel.
STEP 4 - When an agent hands you an off-market property, post it and follow the hand-off steps in the Classroom. Our team closes it -- and when it sells, you get 25% of the assignment fee.
