If you're creating house tours but not getting the views, followers, leads, or conversations you want, this guide is for you. One of the biggest misconceptions in real estate content is that you need expensive equipment, luxury listings, or a massive following to create videos that perform well. You don't. You need the right house and the right strategy. Inside this guide, you'll learn: ✅ The 3 types of homes that consistently generate the most engagement ✅ How to identify a property with viral potential BEFORE you film it ✅ The exact structure we use for our house tours ✅ How to create hooks that stop the scroll ✅ The biggest mistakes agents make in the first 3 seconds ✅ How to turn house tour views into actual leads ✅ The Content-to-Closings framework we use to generate conversations from our videos This is the same process that has helped us generate thousands of leads through social media and build a repeatable content system around house tours. 👇 ACTION STEP 👇 After reading the guide: 1. Find a listing in your market. 2. Apply the framework. 3. Post your hook in the comments below. I'll personally give feedback and help you improve it. Keep It Simple: How to Succeed on Social at the Start
Keeping it simple is a great mantra if you want to succeed in growing your social media brand, especially if you are new to the process of filming, editing, and posting. A sure fire way to create burnout and exhaustion is to expect yourself to create super high-quality content consistently, immediately after you decide to start posting on social. Keeping your content simple is the path to staying consistent while also building your skills of editing and posting, and being able to do it consistently. Think of it this way - your first post may simply be you speaking to the camera, and then adding captions over top of the video, and posting it. In the next video, you may do the same thing, and cut out a few pauses you have while speaking in the video, and then you post it. In the next video, maybe you try filming yourself from a few different angles, and remove the pauses - and then you post it. Over time, the edits that take you a long time to complete will become second nature. However, you will absolutely never get there if you don’t start by posting consistently. Creating content is like any other skill, it needs to be practiced to be learned. You don’t look at a professional athlete and expect to go out on the field and perform just as well as they do, so don’t look at the best creators in your niche and expect your content to be at their level. They have likely been creating for years or decades, and have a team dedicated to content. Stay on your path, stay consistent, and you’ll be amazed by how quickly your skills grow.
Trending Video Idea 🚨: Tier List!
Good morning team! ✅ A tried and true video idea that you can create about a wide variety of topics is a tier list video! I’ve attached my own version of this, you can copy the idea that I used or make your own. 🤔 The most important thought to have when making these types of videos is, how can I appeal to clients that are interested in buying or selling real estate in my area? When deciding what subject to make a tier list on, think of something that people will be interested in and appeals to a variety of potential clients. For bonus points, do something you might have a “controversial” opinion about I.e., a popular restaurant you don’t really like, or a little-known location you’re a big fan of. ✏️Drop your ideas for tier lists in the comments, and we can chat about how you can structure it to make a viral piece of content 💪⬇️

Why you should post on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
REPURPOSE YOUR CONTENT ‼️‼️‼️ 📲 There are billions of people using social media, and each individual person has a different preferred platform to get their content. The beautiful thing for a creator is, you can post effectively the same exact piece of content to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, and reach a diffeeent group of people. 🤔 Try this: start by posting your content on Instagram, and once it’s posted, copy the link to the video, and paste it into the Instagram Video Downloader, it’s a free tool that allows you to download IG videos from the link to them on your phone. 🔥 With the video downloaded, you can repost it onto TikTok and YouTube Shorts, pulling 3 different pieces of content out of one. A bonus to this, sometimes content that flops on one platform will go viral on another. ⬇️ Comment and let me know, what is your go-to platform for posting? Where do you post your videos first?
