Nobody wants to be told what to do
Sometimes in my passion for helping others, I realise that I may come across a little preachy... After spending time with very passionate business owners over the past week, I noticed this aspect of "telling people what to do" - a little more. I totally get that my passion for breakthrough and results could come across this way. Finding that sweet spot of helping others without "telling others what to do" is where it is at for me.
Let’s settle this once and for all…When someone tries to “tell you what to do,” you are:
🚀 A rebel with a cause
🤓 A researcher — I need to understand why
😅 The “I’ll do it my way, thanks” type
🌊 The beach wanderer — I follow flow, not orders
