I Built a Content Repurposing Engine for a Client
Are you making your content work for you, or are you still doing all the hard work yourself?
A client once came to me with a problem: She wanted a way to take her audio and video files and turn them into content ready for social media.
She didn’t know exactly what she needed, or how it should all work.
You know what I told her? “Leave it to me.”
I built her a system that takes just one video or audio file and creates all kinds of content from it—written posts, branded images, carousels, you name it... all perfectly designed for social media platforms.
Here’s how I made it happen:
  • Airtable: I created a simple, organised database to store all her customer and content data.
  • n8n: I automated everything behind the scenes. The system handled things like transcription and created content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, X, and even blogs and emails—all automatically.
  • Softr: I built a sleek interface that looked great and was easy for both her team and customers to use.
The result? She’s charging $49 per month to use the system and already has ten people ready to sign up. With her growing email list, it’s only a matter of time before even more people join, giving her an incredible return on investment.
This is why I love automation. It makes life easier, helps businesses grow, and honestly: it’s just fun to build.
If you understand the power of automation, you know there’s no limit to what we can create. Want to learn how I did it all? DM me! I'd love to talk to like-minded people.
