Question for the community:
I would love to get some opinions on what constitutes high ticket sales. I am involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years now across multiple jurisdictions (US, Europe, Middle East & Africa). I created a podcast (which has become popular) and then created a coaching program, the loyalty of the podcast audience is evident insofar as whenever i mention a new course or program on the podcast it always generates sales.
However I priced my signature program at just $4.5k while I was testing the interest levels - I have now run 3x 6-month cohorts with fantastic client reviews and testimonials but I am aware of others in my industry charging $20-25k for similar programs and so I feel I am massively underselling myself.
I recently spoke to someone selling 6-month fitness programs to executives on LinkedIn for $7.5k and they are hitting multiple 7-figure sales every month so clearly I am fishing in the wrong pond. What are the methods of lead generation that you have found success from?
I recently read Alex Hormozi's book '100M Offers' and he maintains the price should be set at the highest possible high level that it has no comparison but then offer so much value inside that people feel its impossible to say no to it - I would be interested to hear your views on what constitutes a ridiculously high price, also what is the optimum length of cohort (if cohort is the way to go at all) and what kind of features & benefits would you expect in return for such a high price? (i.e. private 1-2-1 coaching, hand-holding, etc.)
