I just uploaded the step-by-step instructions and a zip file with the Claude SKILL file I used to build this AI estimating tool
If you go Classroom -> Guidebooks/Resrources -> AI its under AI estimator
Let me know if you try and it and find any improvements
Again, I keep saying in the video, I wouldn't be using this to price jobs but its a good way of cross checking your work in parallel
Also, I am part of the Bluebeam early adopter program and super interested to see when Bluebeam MCP comes out, cause this will be a lot more functional
