I had anodes which seems doable, which was to have a weekly accountability call. Where we go through our weekly goals, and how last week went.
I have done this in chat format since February this year, and itches done wonders for finding a suitable level and amount of tasks and goals on a weekly basis. You can also rate your past week from 1 to 10.
As a second part of the accountability share, there’s room for sharing a little longer and getting support if wanted, or just to share. I have suitable exercises to explore your shadows, strengths and stuff like that.
It needs some warm up time, I believe this is better than a certain topic every week.
It can still be about nervous system, and include protocols for that.
