What is Truth?
The Truth cannot be put into words. It can only be experienced directly in quiet observation. "You cannot see Reality with your mind." -- Zen The mind is filter that you (the observer) experiences life through -- it is a collection of perceptions, beliefs, concepts, narratives, and words conditioned by one's personal and ancestral past. We get attached to the mind and can only see life through its limited perspective -- duality, ego, craving, aversion, and fear of death. According to the 8-limbed Path of Yoga to see the Truth one must purify the mind with meditation. Through the practice of meditation (awareness and non-attachment) the mind becomes purified of all conditioned perceptions, beliefs, etc. and all that remains is the experience of the Truth. Do you meditate?

Honestly I had to make myself to stay in meditation, and it was challenging but I made it and the feeling was amazing. I felt so refreshed afterwards. I always had problem to stay in my mind is too busy but I will work on it. Last week was so hard for me , I was drained and no energy no sleep, real sleep, even headache and I had no will to do anything so I pushed myself and it worked, so happy to be back to myself 🙏🏽❤️🌼🐝
Truth Week!!
This week we are focusing on living in TRUTH Truthfulness (satya) is the 2nd external action (yamas) -- "when one is firmly established in Truthfulness, then all actions and their results become subservient." (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali). The Truth will set you free, but the Truth can be painful to look at. Usually we act unconsciously from untruth (delusions and ego) making us slaves to our actions and their consequences. However, when you choose to be established in Truth then you become free from unconscious actions, free from delusion, and free from the idea of a separate self. Each day this week observe a Truth about your life without attachment. The Truth is always right in front of you, you just have to choose to see it. What Truth are facing right now? Can you observe this Truth with detachment?

Introduce myself
My name is Nurhidayati, but you can call me Nur. I’m originally from Indonesia, and I work as a spa therapist. I enjoy listening to music and connecting with many different people. I have a deep passion for learning new things, especially anything that helps me grow and become a better version of myself. Life has tested my patience in ways I never imagined. I’ve been through many challenges that shaped who I am today. Even when I feel I have done my best to be kind and good, there are still people who choose to misunderstand or dislike me. At this moment, I am also going through a difficult phase in my marriage. But now, I am choosing a new path. I want to change—not for others, but for myself. I want to learn how to truly love myself, to protect my peace, and to honor my own worth. I am learning that my value does not depend on how others treat me, but on how I treat myself. This is my journey of healing, growth, and self-love.

Day 3 - Loving-Kindness Challenge -- Loving Others
Love and compassion is the essence of aligned action in this world. If we do not approach others with kindness, understanding, patience, and care then the natural consequence is inward disturbance and outward conflict. The goal of the path is to relax in the Truth of quiet Presence. Therefore, by choosing to be as loving as possible, you will naturally become very relaxed and present. This is why all of the masters teach us to be loving, compassion, and kind to all beings. LOVE IS THE WAY! In what ways can you be more loving to others today?

Day 5 - Loving-Kindness Challenge -- Love for Nature
You are one with Nature, however most of us probably see Nature as something separate and outside. Notice your breath... that is Nature. Notice your saliva... Nature. Notice your body.... You guessed it! Your entire being is made of the elements of Nature! Take some time to notice how you are one with Nature and in what ways Nature sustains you and provides for you. Nature takes care of you, do you show the same love to Nature? In what ways can you take care of Nature today?
