Happy Friday ! I wanted to share something simple today—but honestly, this is one of those things that can make a huge difference if you actually dial it in.
A lot of you are working on your metabolism, your energy, your weight, your hormones… and hydration is one of the most overlooked pieces in all of that.
And I know… not everyone loves drinking water. I hear that all the time 😅
So instead of forcing it, I wanted to give you some options that actually taste good and feel easy to stick with.
I put together a bunch of hydration recipes—some citrus-free, some with citrus—so you can find something you actually enjoy.
Nothing fancy. Just simple ways to help you:• drink more water• support your body better• feel a little more energized throughout the day
👉 You don’t need to try everything. Just pick 1–2 that sound good and start there.
That’s how we build consistency.
