๐Ÿง  What if you never got nervous under pressure?
What if every time a defender pressed up on you, you wanted it? You smiled, dribbled right into them, and made the perfect read. You werenโ€™t afraid of turning it over. You werenโ€™t scared of the crowd. You just played your game. What would your game look like then? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Drop your thoughts below.

WHY TALENTED PLAYERS HOLD BACK & HOW TO HELP THEM
Hi everyone, I wanted to share this video inside the community that I just posted on IG/Tiktok about why talented players hold back. I actually see this often with young and talented players that are not reaching their potential, having a mental block or starting to become passive on the court. It really comes down to them staying in a 'safe zone' where they can protect the idea of them being a 'talented' player but not take the risks/shots they know they'll be accountable for. I hope this helps and gives some insights to you if you've experienced this! Let me know your thoughts or questions...
Workshop: Reframe Failure to Build Confidence
If fear of failure holds you back or keeps you from playing at your best, this workshop is for you. Hereโ€™s what we cover: 1. Failure is your teacher โ€“ It helps you learn and grow. 2. Failure is necessary โ€“ Success comes from learning through failure. 3. Failure is a process, not an identity โ€“ Your mistakes donโ€™t define you. 4. Create a failure-friendly environment โ€“ Praise effort, not just results. We also dive into examples like Steph Curryโ€™s missed shots and Michael Jordanโ€™s mindset on failure.
