👋 Welcome to Point Guard Transformation! First, thank you for joining. I'm honored you've trusted me to be part of your basketball journey. I'm Coach Phillip Morrison, a former College All-American & Professional Point Guard. I now coach & develop players all over the world as my passion. Many know me from social media where I go by the name "Basketball Missionary". I feel so blessed to impact player's through this beautiful game. Over the past several years in my travels, I've helped thousands of players build confidence, re think their identity as humans, improve their basketball IQ, and become the kind of floor general every coach trusts. How I became a College All-American in 1 off season!
How did I become a College All-American point guard in ONE offseason? It wasn't because I found some secret drill. It wasn't because I trained 8 hours a day. And it definitely wasn't because I just "worked harder" than everyone else. I had something most players never create: A PLAN. WRITTEN DOWN. 4 WEEK BLOCKS. After a disappointing end to my soph. college season, I broke my development down into 16 weeks and created my own Player Development Plan (PDP). Every 4 weeks had a different focus. I knew exactly: 🏀 What skills I needed to improve. 🧠 What parts of my game were holding me back. 🎯 What mattered most for my stage of development. That offseason changed my career. In this video, I break down: ✅ The exact PDP I used. ✅ How I structured my offseason into 4-week blocks ✅ What middle school players should focus on. Especially if they play AAU. ✅ What high school players should focus on. Especially if they're focused on recruitment. ✅ What college players should focus on. ✅ How to stop guessing and start developing with purpose. Community Call in 90 Minutes! Point Guard Transformation

Hi Coach, For the art of ball handling program , I have two questions about how to schedule them properly: Question 1 : Should I do one new drill per day (e.g., Day 1 = Foundational Sideline Warm-up, Day 2 = 60 Drill Weighted Basketball, Day 3 = Timing Drill... and so on until Day 14)? Or should I spend a whole week on just the foundational drills first, and then move on to the "60 Drill Weighted Basketball" in the second week, and so on? Question 2 (for the Advanced Ball Handling program): Should I start the "Advanced Ball Handling" drills only after I finish all 14 drills in furst section? And if so, should I do one advanced drill per day (e.g., Day 1 = Drill 0, Day 2 = Drill 1...) or should I dedicate a full week to each individual advanced drill before moving to the next one? I want to make sure I'm progressing the right way without rushing or slowing down my development. Thanks a lot, Coach!
