How I became a College All-American in 1 off season!
How did I become a College All-American point guard in ONE offseason?
It wasn't because I found some secret drill. It wasn't because I trained 8 hours a day. And it definitely wasn't because I just "worked harder" than everyone else. I had something most players never create:
A PLAN. WRITTEN DOWN. 4 WEEK BLOCKS.
After a disappointing end to my soph. college season, I broke my development down into 16 weeks and created my own Player Development Plan (PDP). Every 4 weeks had a different focus.
I knew exactly:
🏀 What skills I needed to improve.
🧠 What parts of my game were holding me back.
🎯 What mattered most for my stage of development.
That offseason changed my career.
In this video, I break down:
✅ The exact PDP I used.
✅ How I structured my offseason into 4-week blocks
✅ What middle school players should focus on. Especially if they play AAU.
✅ What high school players should focus on. Especially if they're focused on recruitment.
✅ What college players should focus on.
✅ How to stop guessing and start developing with purpose.
I thought it would be really helpful for you to hear my own story & see how it applies to your own story & journey. I want to be transparent with you guys because I really care about your development. I know each person is different, so hopefully my story encourages you. This will help with your PDP development.
