As the basketball season for most comes to an end, its March Madness, & many are looking into the spring on how to improve their game. After my sophomore college season I took a few weeks off mentally/physically & created an 8 week strength program. This ended up being the foundation for my Summer training that led to me being a College All-American & All-Conference selection the following junior season as a point guard.
