A little while ago @Reinet Doig and I had a chat and she mentioned how using a microphone was used to give the impression of more authority. Well I tried it and I definitely think it works, I definitely had that impression when I watched it back. Suddenly felt like my video had up levelled somehow from a tiny little thing. Thankyou, will keep trying it and see how it goes 😊

Today after 2 years I went back on insta. I know it will get easier and faster as I get used to it again but one post has exhausted me. Tbh, I hadn't quite realised how much my burn out a few years a go made me feel. going back to instagram is going to take some getting used to. But one post - it's a start....
