Practice on Purpose ⚾️
Good Players Love Practice. Great Players Practice With Purpose. Showing up isn’t the hard part. Showing up with intent is what separates average from elite. Here’s what good practice habits actually look like: ✅ Have a plan – Know what you’re working on before you step on the field ✅ Game-speed reps – Slow reps build slow habits ✅ Quality > Quantity – 20 locked-in reps beat 200 lazy ones ✅ Fail fast, adjust faster – Miss? Good. Now fix it. ✅ Finish strong – The last rep matters as much as the first One thing we preach at Wheelhouse: 👉 Practice should feel uncomfortable. If it’s easy, you’re not growing. That’s it. Simple. Intentional. Effective. Drop a 💪 in the comments if you’re committing to better practice habits this week—or comment what you’re currently working on. Let’s stack good days the right way.
