This is may appear simple but I invite you to experience the profound experience of re-connecting with your body using the ancient technique of body scanning - kaayaanupassanaa- which is the first foundation of mindfulness. I encourage you to start with the guided session found here and after one month of practicing it daily, you can try doing it without the voice guide.
