Someone close to me made a comment that briefly made me question myself.
It wasnโ€™t the words.
It was how quickly it touched an old self-doubt I thought I had already outgrown.
That reminded me of something important:

Why did that land?
What belief did it touch?
Is that belief still true today?

Because most of the time, itโ€™s not about what someone says. It's about the old story inside us still looking for confirmation.
Hereโ€™s something practical you can use next time something hits you:
